How to Order


Standard shipping is by USPS.  Contact us if you’d like special shipping arrangements.  We’d love to accommodate any special shipping requests you might have.

The USPS states that most shipments are delivered within 2-8 days from the date of shipping.  Unless we’re out of stock and an item has been back-ordered, we will typically ship within 24 hours of receiving the order.  Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have special shipping requirements or deadlines.

We don’t normally ship to international addresses.  Please contact us using the contact information on the “Contact Us” page if you’d like to have an item shipped internationally.

Any item in original condition and packaging can be returned for 30 days.  If there’s a defect in an item you’ve purchased, please return so that we can replace with the same or a comparable item.

We hope you’ll fall in love with your alpaca purchase, but in case return is necessary, please contact us using the contact info on the “Contact Us” page to arrange for refund or replacement.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
I don’t accept cancellations

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
